Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ('GTC' or 'Terms') of Shortsheap ('Provider'), Romania, Cluj-Napoca, Ariesului Street, shortsheap@gmail.com, serve as the legal basis for using shortsheap.com ('Application,' 'Shortsheap' or 'shortsheap.com'). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy available on our website.

The Provider may share some data from requests made to the Application with third parties, such as Microsoft Corporation and OpenAI, for their artificial intelligence offerings. Your data may be stored on servers managed by these third parties. Never submit personal, private, or sensitive information through the Application.

As a user of the Application, you agree to the processing of any data you enter into the Application, including personal and sensitive information ('any data').
You consent to the transmission of any data collected by the Provider to the following third parties: Microsoft Corporation and any other third parties.
This transmission is solely to provide features of the Application and gain insights into its usage. You can revoke this consent anytime with immediate effect by notifying the Provider via email at shortsheap@gmail.com. Please note that revoking consent will result in the loss of access to the Application.

These Terms govern the business relationship between the user and the Provider. Only these Terms, as valid at the time of the order, apply. Deviating terms are not recognized.

Users can sign up on the Application's web interface by providing an email and password or using a third-party OAuth provider. By signing up, users submit a binding request to order the selected service, which includes agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.
To use the Application, users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 require permission from a legal representative.

The Application offers multiple features for generating and processing custom videos ('shorts'). Users can submit their content for processing and schedule uploads automatically. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of generated content, as results depend on third-party AI.
Access to the Application is provided 24/7 except during maintenance or unplanned outages. The Provider may update or alter the Application at any time without prior user consent and may terminate or restrict access as needed.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable right to use the Application during the subscription period. The use of automated tools or unauthorized access methods is prohibited.

The Application is available via subscription plans with varying durations, features, and prices, which include applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user before the end of the current term. The Provider may adjust subscription prices with notice.
Fees are charged at the start of each term. Users authorize the Provider to collect fees via the selected payment method. Failure to pay within 30 days may result in account suspension.

Users may cancel subscriptions via the user profile in the Application. Cancellations must be made before the end of the current term to avoid auto-renewal. The Provider may terminate subscriptions for cause, including non-payment or violations of these Terms.

The Provider offers storage space for content within the Application. Users may not provide this storage space to third parties. The Provider may block access if stored content violates laws or third-party rights.

The Provider is not liable for damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for essential contractual obligations is limited to foreseeable damages. These limitations do not apply to claims for personal injury or fraud.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via the Application or email. Users may object to changes within two weeks; otherwise, continued use of the Application implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days of conclusion without reason. Revocations must be communicated to Shortsheap, Romania, Cluj-Napoca, Ariesului Street, Email: shortsheap@gmail.com.

No refunds will be issued due to the immediate commencement of services. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a refund once the service has begun.
